• We deliver all copies to the organizer. It is up to them to distribute them to their audiences. We encourage you to sell the videos at a higher price to cover the cost of hiring us.
• We will record sound with multiple professional microphones. However, if your performance is dependent on the sound (a classical music concert or choral group) we recommend hiring a professional audio person in addition to ourselves. If you already have one then we will work with that person to ensure that you end up with the best audio on your video.
• Copies will be made delivered on DVD.
• If requested, a 3rd camera is generally locked down on a wide shot. Ask us if you have a particular reason to want a 3rd camera operator.
• Delivery times for your proof copy is usually 3-4 weeks after the performance, copies can generally be completed within a week of approval.

The more videos you expect to sell, the less the cost-per-copy will be. With enough sales it is possible to create a package that not only charges the organizer nothing, but allows for fund raising on your part as well.
